FRANK DI LEO

Frank is currently an attorney practicing corporate litigation and family law in DuPage and Cook County. He is from Chicago’s West Suburbs, born and raised in Elmhurst, Illinois. Growing up, Frank learned the essence of hard work, dedication, and teamwork working with family in their restaurant. These lessons paid dividends throughout Frank’s academic, athletic, professional, and personal journeys.

Frank attended Saint Ignatius College Preparatory in Chicago’s Little Italy. During his time Saint Ignatius, Frank was a multi-sport athlete, lettering in Football, Track & Field, and Baseball. Notably, he was a 3-year All-Conference Football player, one of the very few in the long and detailed history of the illustrious Chicago Catholic League.

Frank ultimately decided to continue his academic and athletic journey at Penn State University. There, Frank earned his Bachelor’s in Business Management and played Linebacker. Frank was named multi-time Academic All-Big Ten Selection and won the 2016 Big Ten Championship and 2017 Fiesta Bowl Championship. Most importantly, Frank founded Penn State Football’s Fifth Quarter Program, a professional development initiative hyper-focused on the Penn State Football student-athlete.

After college, Frank earned his Master of Sciences in Business Management from the Nottingham University Business School in Nottingham, England while continuing his football career for Nottingham University. Frank was named the Defensive Player of the Year at the conclusion of the 2019-2020 season.

Frank then ventured to law school, and graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Law in May of 2023.

There is no limit to what one can accomplish and Frank is happy to continue working with the next generation of student-athletes.
