KELLY SPENCER

Kelly Spencer is a 15 year educator and athletic coach of several sports for children in underserved communities. Having been raised in Hammond, Indiana she understands the importance of providing opportunities for all youth and not just the ones who can afford it. She is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s College and a current teacher and Instructional Leader at Baker College Prep on Chicago’s South Side. 

She was elected to the School City of Hammond School Board in 2022 and also serves on the City of Hammond College Bound Scholarship Board.
